7″ narrow stain-free, high carbon steel blade with white Sani-Safe polypropylene handle. Sweeping blade shape compliments filleting motion. Convenient leather sheath secured with high compression brass rivets.
Blade steel and lock type decide how the knife behaves day to day: softer stainless sharpens fast and needs frequent touch-ups, while high-vanadium grades hold an edge far longer but want diamond stones. Check the blade length against your state and local carry rules before ordering.
