That?s why Burris developed the Burris Electro-Dot Reticle. We added a highly visible pinpoint aiming spot to the center of your crosshair without affecting optical quality in order to provide an accurate aim at any color target in any light.

You can combine all the advantages of the Burris Ballistic Plex Reticle in a Burris Lighted Reticle Scope ( Burris LRS Rifle Scope) for connecting at long range under any lighting condition. The electronically lit reticle has no effect on optical quality and, if you should find yourself with a dead battery, the reticle shows up like a jet black standard reticle.
