The classic Sardinian shape of the Nuragus – named after the small Sardinian village with the same name – is a popular and widespread knife shape in the Mediterranean region. Its simple design makes due with a wooden handle with stainless steel collar and does not have a back spring. The handle is fabricated from aromatic juniper wood, which knowledgeable knife enthusiasts will quickly identify by its very pronounced pepper note. The satin-finished blade is made from stainless 420 C (Rockwell hardness: 54-56 HRC).
