The PATRIOT OPTICS Operative 5-25×56 First Focal Plane Rifle Scope is designed for serious, technical, long-range precision rifle shootersboth tactical and competitive. The front focal plane reticle design allows the reticle size to increase or decrease as magnification is increased or decreased, and because of this, the trajectory compensation is always correct and proportional for the selected power setting; making tasks such as hold over and range estimation much easier.
The scope is also equipped with an easy-to-reach parallax adjustment knob that ranges from 10 meters to infinity providing improved accuracy at longer distances, and a fast focus eyepiece keeps everything in focus. Precision-gauged hand-fitted internal assemblies that are housed in a 34mm single piece tube manufactured out of T6 6061 aircraft grade aluminum, maintain a consistent point of impact through the entire magnification range. In addition, this scope is nitrogen purged, and O ring sealed, making it waterproof, and fog proof in the cold and rain, and features a shock rating of 1000gs. Put all of this together and youre equipping yourself with a scope that will stand up to whatever kind of in field abuse you throw at it, while also withstanding the shock, and vibration from even the heaviest-recoiling calibers.
If youre familiar with long distance shooting, you know that vision clarity in all lighting conditions is imperative, and PATRIOT OPTICS has you covered with high-grade optical glass that provides excellent brightness, and clarity, with lasting durability. Hi level multicoated lenses aid in glare elimination and enhanced low-light performance, greatly increasing your success rate at all magnifications. The etched glass BDC MIL reticle, and very precise 0.05 MRAD adjustments on the windage and elevation turrets, makes identifying your targets range, and adjusting for the perfect shot an easy process. Complete with 11 levels of illumination (spanning night vision, low light, and daytime), the time to get on target in any lighting condition is dramatically reduced, while accuracy on darker targets, and hitting targets that are in the shade is greatly increased.
Finally, the versatile 5-times zoom system allows for a large field of view, making it perfect for acquiring and hitting your target at longer distances.
