Marttiini Salmon Fillet Fixed Blade Knife 552017

Salmon, the King of Finnish fish deserves its title not only for its strength, but also for its beauty. Kojamo, the large and dignified salmon king of the Northern rivers, has governed the realm of the deep rivers and streams for centuries. The salmon is an excellent theme for the most beautiful of the Marttiini filleting knives. Flexible and sharp blade ensures clean-cut fillets.
