This hunter has an drop point Damascus blade with
filework on the blade and full tang construction. Blade
is 3/16″ thick and 1 1/2″ deep. The bolster is of stainless
steel with Olive wood handle with brass pins. Includes
leather sheath with belt loop.
Blade steel and lock type decide how the knife behaves day to day: softer stainless sharpens fast and needs frequent touch-ups, while high-vanadium grades hold an edge far longer but want diamond stones. Check the blade length against your state and local carry rules before ordering.
