Beretta Bird and Trout Fixed Blade Knife BER0201

Bohler N690 steel.. Rockwell hardness of 59-60.

Blade steel and lock type decide how the knife behaves day to day: softer stainless sharpens fast and needs frequent touch-ups, while high-vanadium grades hold an edge far longer but want diamond stones. Check the blade length against your state and local carry rules before ordering.
